Product Description
The plate heat exchanger is composed of a group of corrugated metal plates with holes, which occur between two streams of fluid passing through these holes. The plate assembly is installed between a frame plate and a pressure plate and pressed tightly with tightening bolts. A sealing gasket is installed on the plate to seal the channel and guide the fluid into the channel alternately. The number of plates is determined by the physical properties of the flow rate fluid, pressure drop and temperature program. The wrinkling of the plate promotes the turbulent flow of the fluid and supports the pressure difference of the plate. Used for cooling and heating pharmaceutical and other liquid food products, in-situ cleaning liquids and water. And pasteurization in some applications.
