Product Description

The titanium rod filter uses a titanium powder sintered filter element, which is generally used for coarse filtration or intermediate filtration. This filter element has the advantages of high precision, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The shell material is 316L or 304 stainless steel. Comply with GMP standard.
1. Purpose
The filter is made of 316L stainless steel material, and the inner filter element is a titanium tube, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure, strong acid, strong alkali, corrosion resistance, and the filter element can be regenerated repeatedly. The hollow filter tube processed by the sintering method is widely used in liquid-solid separation in food, beverage, medicine, chemical industry and other industries. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is especially suitable for decarbonization and filtration in large infusion and injection production lines. This series of products has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and is produced according to GMP standards. The pipe fittings are connected by international standard quick-connection connections, which are easy to disassemble and clean.
2. Precautions for use
1 Avoid scratches, collisions, dust and oil.
2 Its working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure during use.
3 During normal use, there is at least 3-5 minutes of low-pressure start-up time, and the relative pressure difference should be controlled below 0.5Mpa, and then gradually adjust the working pressure to the normal requirement (the maximum pressure does not exceed 0.4Mpa).
4 After the product runs for a certain period of time, the pressure may increase due to the blockage of the filter element, resulting in a decrease in pressure and flow, requiring backflushing or backwashing for regeneration. The regeneration cycle depends on the rated pressure and flow.

the cleaning method :
After the titanium rod filter element is used for a period of time, it will be blocked to a certain extent, the flow rate will decrease, and the pressure at the front end of the filter will increase. There are the following:
1 For the newly used filter element, generally use the method of clean water backflushing and gas backflushing to clean, that is, use clean water slightly larger than the working pressure (eg, 0.3mPa) to flush the water in the opposite direction. The recoil time is about 1 to 3 minutes.
2 When the filtration effect does not rebound significantly after multiple backwashing, it can be soaked in a hydrochloric acid solution below 5%, a sulfuric acid solution below 8%, or a NaOH solution below 10% at room temperature, and then rinsed with water.
The specific choice to use acid washing or alkali washing should be selected according to the impurity in the filtrate being easily soluble in acid or alkali.
