RTZ hot reflux extraction thickener - this equipment is suitable for the extraction and concentration process of traditional Chinese medicine. It changes the traditional process of extraction before concentration, and can extract and concentrate at the same time. The whole set of unit can meet various extraction requirements such as negative pressure, normal pressure and positive pressure, and is suitable for water extraction or alcohol extraction process.
Put the prepared prescription medicinal materials into the extraction tank, add 5-10 times the amount of medicinal materials at one time (the nature and amount of the solvent are according to the process requirements) and soak for a certain time, turn on the steam valve for heating (direct steam heating is only used when water is mentioned to extract aromatic oil). After boiling and extracting for a set time, the extraction solution with higher temperature can be continuously filtered from the bottom of the extraction tank through the filter screen, then to the filter and enter the concentrator. The steam generated during concentration enters the condenser and becomes condensate, which is sprayed into the extraction tank as new solvent; The secondary steam generated in the extraction tank is condensed into condensate through the condenser and falls back into the extraction tank. All the steam generated by the solvent is turned into condensate through heat exchange and returned to the extraction tank. The secondary steam is fully utilized in the process to form a new solvent for large reflux extraction. Therefore, the solute and solvent in medicinal materials always maintain high gradient mass transfer and high-speed dissolution. Therefore, the equipment has excellent performance in saving energy and maintaining solvent balance.
The new solvent dissolves the soluble substances in the medicinal materials through the medicinal materials layer from top to bottom to the bottom of the extraction tank, and then is pumped into the concentrator. Repeat the above process, so that after the solvent is extracted concentrated (recovered) and returned for many times, the extract is colorless. At this time, the extract stops being lifted into the concentrator. The concentrator continues to concentrate until the flow extract with the required specific gravity (1.1-1.25) is reached and discharged for standby.
Features of hot reflux extraction and concentration unit:
1. Shorten the production time by 50%, and concentrate after multiple extraction by fax process. The two processes of concentration and extraction in this process are carried out simultaneously in one set of equipment, and it takes only (4-6) hours to complete it at one time.
2. Save steam by more than 60%. The secondary steam generated in the concentrator can be used as the heat source for the direct heating of the extraction tank, and the liquid medicine enters the concentrator at a higher temperature, with very little heat loss.
3. The amount of solvent input is reduced by 60%. Only one solvent needs to be added to the medicine in the extraction tank and recycled in a set of sealed equipment. The solvent of medicine residue and medicine liquefied gas can be basically recovered (the loss rate is less than 5%), so the solvent consumption is small, the consumption is low, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
4. The cream yield can be increased by 10% - 20% compared with the traditional process, and the content of pharmacodynamic components can be doubled. Because the solvent injected at one time can realize large reflux circulation, the solute concentration in the medicinal material and the solute concentration in the solvent always maintain a high gradient. Therefore, the solute in medicinal materials dissolves out quickly. The yield of ointment and effective components increased significantly, which laid a good foundation for qualitative and quantitative identification of drugs.
5. One machine with multiple functions (separate extraction, separate concentration and concentration while extracting), compact structure and simple operation. One set of equipment can be operated by one person, with small floor area, saving intermediate storage tank and low investment cost.
